The zebrafish (Danio rerio) has become increasingly important to scientific research. Zebrafish embryos are fertilized externally and have rapid development, making them a good model for study of teratogenicity. It has many characteristics that make it a valuable model for studying human genetics and disease. It offers a number of advantages as a model organism, such as its small size, high fecundity, ease of rearing and external development which allows for direct observation. High pollutant level of nitrate in the surrounding vicinity of the population gives birth to congenital defect or miscarriage to the human being. Here, zebrafish is a vertebrate that produces experimental results of a molecule, be it drug or allied entity. Zebra Fish model produces the experimental results in a very short span of time. During womenâ??s fetal progression, common teratogenic agent like radiation, infectives, toxins or metallotoxins, or organo chemical entity can be vividly extrapolated within a shortest possible teratogenic experimentation time. Therapeutic evaluation, dose response analysis and other pharmacological parameters can be easily calculated. Bio-analytical results by HPLC or other suitable analyzer in addition to morphology, related effect of drug, embryo hatch rate and heart beat of the egg produced from spawning group in the egg collector of the aquarium where fish embryo acute toxicity is executed to get a satisfactory result of the heart beat of embryo....
